Antenatal Academy - Group Antenatal Course in Bury St Edmunds

Picture
Myself and a local birth and postnatal Doula have created a comprehensive and unique full antenatal course taught either over 3 Saturday mornings or 6 weekday evenings in Bury St Edmunds.

Our Antenatal Academy course is perfectly designed to support you to have the birth that you want, where you feel in control, and knowing what to expect. You will learn all about labour and birth but also how you can effectively navigate those first few weeks of parenthood.

"This course is different, because it has been developed through supporting hundreds of women and their birth partners throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatally. Your facilitators are Debbie Willis and Helen Fortes, whom together have many years of experience educating and supporting couples prepare for birth and beyond, helping couples feel informed and confident during birth and during those first few weeks with a newborn.

Please take a look at the Antenatal Academy website and look through our posts on social media to find out all about us, what the course entails, dates for the next courses and how to book."
