Comprehensive birth preparation and hypnobirthing course (around 8 to 9 hours of teaching/coaching over face to face or live online sessions), and includes both education and learning/demonstration of techniques and tools to help you have a positive birth experience no matter what kind of pregnancy you are experiencing or birth you are planning. We go through my key 7 steps to help you to achieve the birth you want and focus on specific areas that you are concerned about, the type of birth you really desire and plan out how you can have a positive birth experience.

My bespoke course is a private 1 to 1 course tailored to your needs which is quite different to an NCT class. I support many couples who book my course plus an NCT course and their feedback says whilst they compliment each other really well, they are also quite different in their content and learnings.
I teach Antenatal Academy group antenatal classes in Bury St Edmunds with the wonderful Helen Fortes from Natal Nurturing. If you book onto an Antenatal Academy group (or private) course then you have the opportunity to book onto my Hypnobirthing Essentials group (or private) course with me which is exclusive to those taking Antenatal Academy classes. I generally teach those who are 20+ weeks pregnant right up to around 36-37 weeks pregnant. On the whole, the sooner you can learn the tools and techniques we will go through during the course and the sooner you start listening to hypnosis, the more time you will have for practise, and the more you practise, the more effective the techniques and the hypnosis will be. Book onto a free call and we can discuss timings and my availability, even if you are 36-37 weeks pregnant.
The location of your sessions will depend on the time and date of your sessions and your particular location and circumstances. Generally, in-person or face-to-face sessions can take place either within the privacy of your own home or at my home, a large converted barn on the edge of the Suffolk countryside a few miles from Bury St Edmunds and 1 mile from the A14.
